Do I need an internet connection for it to work?
No. Snap360 is designed to work in any environment and allows you to save videos locally so you don't lose them. Once you regain connection you can upload them to the cloud or send them to the online gallery.
Can I customize each video with my own content?
Yes. Snap360 allows you to upload your own images, designs and sounds. You will need to download the images, music or frames directly to your mobile device. We are developing a feature to integrate image and music libraries directly into the app.
How do I share content with my clients?
The app offers multiple ways to send content instantly or afterwards. You can create a QR code, via Airdrop, WhatsApp, Instagram, Email or Bluetooth. We also have an offline gallery option where you can see all created videos in real time and download them.

Does the app work on all devices?
Yes. Snap360 works on both Android and iOS. It requires Android 7 or iOS 13 minimum. It does not run on desktop computers, only on tablets and mobiles.
Can I use the app on multiple devices simultaneously?
Yes, as long as you have the Diamond PRO plan.
