TWO MILLIONS DREAMS S.L. is the controller of your data. In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, (LOPD) and the European Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, TWO MILLIONS DREAMS S.L. guarantees you the total privacy and protection of your personal data which will in NO case be transferred to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation.
At TWO MILLIONS DREAMS S.L., we will process your personal data for the following purposes:
- To respond to queries and send information requested through our website.
- In the event of contracting our services, to maintain the commercial relationship, management, administration, provision and improvement of the service.
What information do we collect?
- Email address
- First and last name
- During operation of the software, the captured data is securely transmitted to our cloud storage platform. This allows for convenient video sharing.
- When using our application, we also collect the user agent and IP address for authentication purposes.
- Generates and stores identifiers for user authentication purposes.
When using our app (on iOS and Android) Snap360 stores data related to an event for 30 days after the last activity. After this period, the data is automatically deleted.
What happens to videos?

Why are photos and videos considered special data?
Photos and videos are considered special data because they can contain sensitive personal information, such as race, ethnicity, or health data.
How is personal information protected in photos and videos?
To save photos and videos, each person participating in the event must give their explicit consent. This consent can be withdrawn at any time. If consent is withdrawn, all photos and videos where the person appears must be deleted, even if there are other people in the image.

Personal data related to an event will be stored for up to 30 days after the last activity of said event, after which period the data will be automatically deleted. In other words, Snap360 itself will delete all visual material and all related personal information six months after the creation of the event. Your email and phone number will not be shared with third parties. The application also saves the visual material (e.g. photographs and videos) created at the events you have purchased. This visual material is stored in your personal online gallery, allowing you to share the visual material with the guests of your event at a later date. Photographs and videos fall under the special category for personal data, as it is possible to extract someone's personal and private data (e.g. race, ethnicity or health data) from a photograph or video. In order to save this visual material, each person using the event must give their explicit consent before creating this material. This explicit consent can be withdrawn at any time. In that case, you must delete any visual material in which this person is found, even if the content shows more than one person.
How do we protect your information?
Snap360 uses the following methods to protect your information
- No storage of confidential information: Once the transaction is complete, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financial data, etc.) is not stored on our servers.
- Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology: All confidential/credit information provided is transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted in the database of our payment gateway provider. Only authorized persons with special access rights to such systems can access this information, and they are required to keep it confidential.
Compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
We comply with the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not collect information from anyone under the age of 13. Snap360 for both iOS and Android are targeted to people over the age of 13.
Your Rights to Privacy
You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
